In It's Deductible, I cannot find the "add" an item link for items not listed.

That feature used to be readily available.

Type the name of the item or the words custom item in the search box and it will bring up a box to enter the custom item in.

There have been many complaints about the new version of It's Deductible. TurboTax is making improvements but no date has been provided for when they will be available. In the meantime you can revert back to the classic version.

If you want to get back to the classic version of It's Deductible to make entries, 

Click this link: https://itsdeductibleonline.intuit.com/Logout.htm

The page will show that you are logged out. At the top of the page is a small sign-in button.

Click sign-in and use your ItsDeductible login credentials to get access to the classic version of your account. 

You may need to log out of the new version before you log in to the classic version.

Bookmark the page for future use.
