In 2018 relocated reconstructed historic barn for use as a brewery/distillery - had materials and labor costs - can I deduct?

had labor to disassemble, relocate, and reassemble - and also to put up new roof and insulation to be energy efficient - and also have restored historic windows - I know my own labor is not deductible, but can materials used be deducted - plan on first brewing/distilling and selling within next two years.

family already owned land it is on, so not cost there

Business start up expenses can be deducted prior to the actual business start date. Some of these expenses include Materials and supplies used to set up the business. Here is more information regarding business expenses.
