In 2016, when filling out 8824 LikeKind exchange, I forgot to include Title Insurance and Recording. Should I revise my 2016 Form 8824 or is there another way to do this?

Revise means amend...might not be worth it for those expenses.

Yes, you would need to Amend to add those expenses to your 2016 Like-Kind Exchange, if it makes a difference in your Refund.
