If you sold covered calls that expired how do you enter into turbotax so proceeds show

You would enter under Federal Taxes- Investment Income= Stocks, Mutual Funds, Other.  Go through the questions and look for the screen below- it will have the place to enter your entries.  

I think that the issue a lot of people are having is with "Sold or Expired?" question.  If you select Expired, it removes the "Proceeds" (Box 1d) from the form.  We keep the proceeds when the option expires, so it should remain on the form.  In the screenshot below, I'm forced to choose "sold" because of this issue.  Also TT is not accepting the dates that were provided by Etrade..
