If my property taxes are included in my escrow can I still claim them even if not showed on my 1098

Yes, you can.  You'll need to enter the figure in TurboTax (Deductions & Credits > Your Home > Property Taxes).

If you're unsure of the exact amount, a phone call to your lender is probably the easiest way to find out.  In addition, many counties/municipalities have a property tax database on their web site, where you can enter some brief identifying information and see what you paid (usually going back several years).
