If my ex-husband claimed our child as a dependent in his tax returns, am I able to get the Advanced Child Tax Credit that I opted out of?
My ex-husband and I opted out of the Advanced Child Tax Credit but he claimed our son as a dependent on his tax returns for 2021. Am I entitled to half of the Advanced Ch ild Tax Credit?

If he received no advanced child tax credit and he claimed the dependency on his 2021 return he will receive all of the credit on that return. You will be eligible for none of it since the child is not your dependent.
