If I was added to the title of the house I live in, do I have to add it as if I owned the house?

If you were added to the title you would own the house, but what do you mean add it?

There is nothing to enter on a tax return about being added to the title of a house.  If you paid mortgage interest, property taxes or mortgage insurance, you might have something to enter.

@paolavaldezduran You do not "claim" that you are on the title of a house on a tax return.   There is no credit or deduction for simply having your name on the title.    The home ownership deductions that you can enter are for expenses you paid for----again----did you pay the mortgage payments?  Did you pay property tax?   Did you pay for the mortgage insurance?   If you paid for any of those---you can enter them as itemized deductions.
