If i selected the standard deduction in 2018 can i claim my charitable contributions from 2018 on my 2019 itemized return?

No.   If you could not use the charitable donations as itemized deductions for 2018, you cannot stick them onto your 2019 return.  Sorry.   If you did not have enough itemized deductions in 2018 to use them, you got your standard deduction instead.
