We can't tell you that. The child support agency of your state is allowed to submit your overdue child support for collections from your tax refund, but we can't tell you if they actually did or how much they asked for. You may be able to call the Treasury Dept Offset department and ask.
If you owe delinquent child support the IRS and/or state can seize your refund up to the amount that you still owe, even if you are on a payment plan. TurboTax never knows about offsets to your refund for child support; there is no place to enter anything about that on your tax return.
When/if the refund is seized for child support the IRS or state will send you a letter explaining the offset.
