If I owe back child support and I went to school last year. If I file my school form on my taxes can child support take my money

Yes.    Any federal or state refund you are getting can be seized for delinquent child support that you owe.  TurboTax will not know about any debts you owe or offsets to your refund.  But the IRS knows and will take your refund if there is an offset order in the system.   You do not enter anything about that on your tax return.
