If I only worked 3-4 months out of 2023 should I still put my occupation job as office assistant? Do I say still working at (whatever business)

I clicked the box that asked me if I was still working at my old job of 2022 & the beginning of 2023 before I was laid off, should I have done that? Also Do I keep my job occupation as still Office assistant since I’m filing my w2s for the months I worked there?

Yes, you can still use the occupation as job assistant. This actually has no affect on your taxes. The IRS uses it for statistical purposes so even if you put unemployed that would be fine as well. Again, it doesn't affect anything on your return.
