Assuming you are not covered by Medicare, that should not be over your allowed HSA contribution amount. The first thing to check is whether you have entered the type of HDHP you have for the year. This is how to do that.

Until you complete the HSA portion of the TurboTax interview to establish your eligibility for an HSA contribution, TurboTax will treat the amount entered on the W-2 form as an
