If I met with clients virtually in my home office can I still say I met with clients in my home office?

I am a therapist and conducted sessions from my home office via telehealth.

Yes, virtual meetings would be considered meeting with clients.  Generally, if the home office is used exclusively and regularly for business or it's the principal place you conduct your therapy business, you can claim a home office deduction.
