If I have a personal HSA that wasn't used or contributed to in 2017, is there anything I need to do with the fair market value of it as of 12/31/17?

If you did not contribute nor used your HSA in 2017, you do not enter need to enter the fair market value as of 12/31/2017 of your HSA.
