If I had a stillborn child does that go on taxes?

Sorry, no.  The child had be born alive to be entered as a dependent on a tax return.

@jacob-brit if the baby is still-born, then no, that can't be claimed on your taxes;  however, if the baby lived even for a moment, that is a different circumstance, and dependent on whether state and local laws recognize the child as being born alive, accompanied by a birth certificate, you could claim the child.

For Federal taxes, no.

 

For State taxes, maybe.  But you haven't told us what state you are in.
