If I bought a house with my business but did not use it for personal use, can I deduct the utilities?

I bought a house to fix up and resale. This house is not used for personal use at all. Can I deduct the utilities?

If you purchase a home to repair and sell and do not use it for personal use, Utilities would be a common and ordinary expense of doing business.  The expense may be deducted.
