I work from home since my role requires me to work with our overseas teams, I use my bedroom as my office. Should I allocate the entire sq ft of my room for the deduction

An office space is not available for my hours so I work from home. As mentioned above, my bedroom is my office. I have a desk, couch and sometimes my bed that I rotate working from. Is it acceptable to put the entire sq ft of my room as my office space?

Yes. You are entitled to use one whole room as a home office even if you use it for other things also.
