I was sent form 15112 to check for EIC, how do I fix that on my return?

You do not fix it in your return.   

 

If you are eligible for the credit

• Complete Form 15112
• Sign and date Form 15112
• Mail the signed Form 15112 in the envelope provided.

If you are not eligible for the credit

• Do not return the eligibility Form 15112 to us.
