I was out last year two times for 3 weeks each time due to medical issues. I was covered by FMLA but I used my accrued sick days-is that paid family leave?

I used my own sick days and wasn't given additional funding from my employer to pay for that time-I'm wondering if there are programs where the employer pays for the days without deducting sick days and if that makes a difference

If you used your accrued sick days and were not getting any type of additional funding, this would not require any additional entries on your tax return.  You would simply enter your W-2 and that will cover the pay you received.  Being covered by FMLA does not affect how your sick pay is treated tax wise.
