I was an OTR company truck driver for 6 mos. then went local for 6 mos. I live 135 mi. from the local job and only go home 1-2 days/week. What deductions can I make?

It depends.  However, it sounds like your "Local" trucking isn't very different from your "OTR" trucking except that you were probably home a little more frequently when you were local.  However, since you are still subject to DOT regulations, you are still entitled to the same per diem standards as when you were OTR:  you may count 3/4 day for the day you leave, 3/4 day for the day you arrive from your trip, and then 1 day for each  full day away from home, multiplied by the standard per diem rate for 2017.  For 2017, that rate was $63/day.  Once DOT is factored in, you will have 80% of that figure calculated in for deductions.

You may be entitled to other deductions as well.  Here is an FAQ that gives more information:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4146014
