I want to know if I can itemize only to deduct gambling losses. I wouldn't normally itemize because the only thing I have is interest. thanks

You can itemize to deduct only gambling losses, but you can only claim loss amounts up to the amount of your gambling winnings that you report as income.  The IRS requires that you report gambling winnings on your return, if you're required to file a return.  Please see the TurboTax FAQs below for more information.
