I use my car for my business but my spouse has been using it for personal use as well. Should I include the total mileage driven by my spouse and me or just for me?

It is for the deduction towards my business as an independant contractor with a temporary job.

The total miles on the vehicle in 2022 regardless who drove the car.  Then you enter only the business miles driven.

You cannot use mileage from your spouse's personal use of the car as a business expense.   Keep an accurate record of your own business miles to use, and use only the business miles on a Schedule C.
