I took standard deduction on federal, but want to itemize deductions on state. Where can I enter an amount of RE taxes paid on CA form 540?

I see where the RE taxes go on line 5b of form 540, but can't find where I enter the amount in Turbo Tax.

You still enter all your deductions on the federal side to flow to the state.
