Here are the steps to delete Form 2441 Child and Dependent Care Expenses:

1. Log in to your account.
2. From the left Menu select Tax Tools and then Tools.
3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
4. Select Delete next to Form 2441.
