I somehow have it listed that I’ve received child care help on my tax files and it’s trying to link my grandfather as a someone I pay for childcare? How do I undo this..?

Did you pay someone to take care of your child so that you could work?   Did you pay your Grandpa?   Did he babysit for you in your home?   Or in his home?   Please explain.

If entering the childcare credit was just a big mistake and you are not trying to get that credit you can get rid of the form:
