I should receive a home heating credit for this years taxes on a MI-1040CR-7, i.e. I should receive a home heating credit for $1400.80 I paid to consumers energy. How?

How do I do it when I received no income?

You may still qualify for a home heating credit if you aren't required to complete a tax return. You can prepare a return in TurboTax even if you have no income, and complete the Michigan tax portion to have the form MI-1040CR-7 prepared.
