I run a small laundry business out of my home and my laundry space is for both personal and business am I still able to deduct expenses like utilities and etc?

Yes, you can.  However, you will have to prorate the personal use between the business use of the facility.  

You will have to determine the amount of time and number of days that are utilized for business use and personal use then divide the number by the monthly bill.  This will result in a percentage that you can use to report the expense for the business use of the property.
