I purchased a projector to do presentations in a training workshop. How can I expense that?

I bought an InFocus Projector to show slides from PowerPoint during the training I provide.

You would be able to claim an expense for the projector if you are claiming the safe harbor election and could include the projector under "office expenses"  or "supplies" . Otherwise, you would need to include the projector a business asset and claim deprecation (plus IRC Section 179 expense and/or bonus depreciation if you qualify).
