I purchased a car for my business. 60% bus and 40% pers use. The deprec form asks cost and % bus use. Do I enter amount paid or 60% of that in "cost" box?

Which version of TurboTax are you using and in which section (and how) are you entering the vehicle?

The Business Vehicle Expense section should be used for your purposes, but it appears as if you might be trying to input the car in the Business Assets (Assets Being Depreciated) section.
