I pay property taxes on a boat slip that I own. Can I deduct those property taxes?

Yes, you can deduct all real property (real estate) taxes you pay, not just your house/residence.  All your combined total tax deductions (state and local sales tax or income tax, real property tax, personal property tax) is still subject to the $10,000 SALT cap.

Thanks Champ.  Do I need to make separate line entries or do I add up the total property taxes and insert them as 1 line item?

The program adds it all together for your tax return. If you want to add it all together for one line entry, you can. Same result in the end.
