I never got an 8862 or notice from IRS but my file is rejected for missing 8862 form.What should I do?

My file is rejected and asking for an 8862 form.  I never received a letter from IRS regarding 8862 form. I try to navigate on Turbotax to add form but no go. Do I have to pay for TurboDeluxe to clear up this problem?
