I need to enter in my year end HSA value on Form 5329-T. I never received this form and do not see it on my HSA providers site. I have a 8889 1099SA & 5498. Suggestions?

Your HSA value as of Dec. 31, 2022 is on the 5498-SA in Box 5. Most HSA custodians would have this on their website. Call your HSA custodian again.
