I need help with resolving: F2441-526 - Form 2441, Child Care Expenses, Part II'... I have a signed 8332 from their Mother when I ran into this problem last year.

How do I efile and attach the 8332?  Or was a deduction claimed that I need to adjust?

Basically the child that you claimed  for child care cost was already claimed by someone else on their tax return.

This rejection code pertains to the Form 2441, Child Care Expenses. This return has been rejected by the IRS, because one or more qualifying persons identified on Form 2441 Part II, Line 2(b) have already been claimed as a qualifying person on another taxpayer's return.

You will need to contact the IRS directly and paper file your return only if you are going to still claim these expenses for this child. Otherwise your other option is to remove the Form 2441 child care expenses

If the other parent amends return and fixes can the other person with rejection still efile and receive the child care expense?

What if I'm not claiming my child and I still get this error?
