I mistakenly clicked on having a foreign account and submitted by tax form for payment on April 15, 2023. It doesn't change the outcome of my return (I owe money).

I would not worry about this presently.  In the unlikely event that the IRS inquires about this later, you can simply tell them that you made an entry error.
