They are entered in the 1099-SA/HSA section.
As you go through this section, look for a screen that asks Did you put money in an HSA in 2023? Answer 'yes' at the bottom of this screen. The next screen will show any contributions that were reported on your W-2 in box 12 with code W. There will also be an input box where you will enter any contributions that you personally made to the account.
Continue through this section to verify that you were eligible to make the contributions and pay attention to any messages on the screen.
