Possibly. A credit is provided to Colorado residents who preserve or rehabilitate qualified historic property per 39-22-514 C.R.S. Here is a link to the Historical Society with whom you should contact to make sure you follow all the rules.

Once you have that you can make claim in the CO state interview in the "Taxes and Credits" section. Continue through the state interview to arrive at the Colorado Taxes and Credits page.
