I'm US sitizen living and working abroad. Can I e-file the scans of the w-2 like and 1099-div like form from my foreingn employer or I need to mail my tax return?

In TurboTax you cannot enter scansto be included with your tax return when e-filed.  As e-file is so popular now, the IRS no longer requires that you attach your W-2 to your returns.  If you have a foreign form similar to the 1099-div, the IRS does not want you to include it.
