I'm trying to fill out the Reduction in Foreign Taxes page for Form 1116. I'm looking for definitions/explanations of the 5 boxes on this page.

Please clarify:  Are you referring to five boxes on a TurboTax screen, or on the actual Form 1116?  

If it’s the former, what’s the name of the screen?  What are the names on the boxes?

Thank you for the response and for the link to the instructions for Form 1116. Unfortunately, as indicated in may answers to your questions in italics below, my question is with regard to the Turbotax screen, so the instructions are of limited value.

The name of the screen is "Reduction in Foreign Taxes". At least, this is the only name I saw.
