I have the same issue and spent an hour last night on the phone with tech support. They could not solve the problem. Their suggestion was I enter it all in to Turbo Tax again one by one. That totally eliminates the usefulness of ITSDEDUCTIBLE!
IF they didn't go thru the following, then you need to do so now:

I just solved my issue. I am on a MacOS High Sierra 10.13.3 and this was a keychain issue. The TurboTax software is installed on my hard drive and not online. Complicated to fix but all is now well. Need both keychain password and ITSDEDUCTIBLE info.
Having the same problem on my Mac... What is this "keychain password" thing??
I am having the same problem, what is the keychain password????
Have same issue.. damn.. took me a long time to upgrade, now this issue..
Does anyone have a fix for this? I'm not sure what my "keychain" password is or how to change it.
OK, so I fixed it for myself. I went into System Preferences, then iCloud, then changed my password there. I then rebooted TurboTax, went back to the same place and used the same password that was created in the iCloud settings.
For those with ItsDeductible issues on a Mac trying to import from online to your TurboTax that is installed on your computer's hard drive (either from the CD or as a download) try these steps.
1. Reboot your computer using Shutdown and restart to clear the memory.
2. Click again on the prompt YES when asked "Do you have an account with ItsDeductible Online?" If you do not get a screen that asks you to "Import your ItsDeductible Online Information" you may have a keychain issue. It is a screen popup that asks for your keychain password.
3. Locate the keychain Utility in your Utility folder under Applications. The following info is from Apple Support. This worked for me:
If you use Mac OS X's Keychain, chances are that your password can be easily retrieved. First off, open Keychain Access.app (located in /Applications/Utilities/). Once there, scroll through the list of keys until you find the one that you're looking for. Double click on it and check the box that says, "Show Password."
4. If the above does not work contact Apple support for how to reset your key chain password. Keychain is also on iCloud so you may be working with that entity. Apple support has the answer. Also, when you are prompted to enter the password for ItsDeductible in the keychain, it wants that ItsDeductible password-not the main keychain password.
