I’m a delivery driver for papa johns. The car is not in my name but I still pay for it. If I can get a mileage report can I deduct mileage?

A W-2 employee can't deduct mileage in 2018 due to the tax reform law.  And separately, you can't use the standard mileage method for a car you don't own.
