I lost my mortgage interest form, can i add it to next years taxes instead?

Would the info be available through the banks website?

Usually the banks posted the form 1098 mortgage interest in your account. Try to log in to your bank mortgage account - search for tax document or something  similar

You can not take 2016 expenses and claim them in another tax year.
