I live in my mother's house but I am paying the mortgage, property tax and all expense related to this house. can I claim tax deductible for what i paid?

The house is under my mother's name but she live overseas and she doesn't pay mortgage or property tax which I pay out of my bank account. can i file deductible on mortgage interest and property tax on my tax return?

No, you cannot deduct these expenses unless you have an ownership interest in the home. If it is your mother's house and mortgage, she has the ownership interest in the property.
