I live in MA and should be able to deduct my excise taxes. I can not find where on either the Fed or State tax I would add those deductions.

4. Enter 
   1. Vehicle Make & Model
   2. Excise tax amount
5. If you click the Learn More button it says
6. "The total amount of your registration fee isn't deductible, just the portion that the state charged you for taxes based on the value of your vehicle."
