I inherited a home when my grandmother passed and didn't sell It, how do I add this to my taxs?

You do not need to add anything on your Tax Return regarding the home you inherited from your Grandmother until you actually sell it or if you rent it out.

However, if you pay real estate taxes and/or mortgage interest on the home, you may be able to deduct them if you itemize on Schedule A.
