I have work permit (Employment Authorization) right now and I have been living and working for whole year 2020 so do I qualify as a resident alien for tax purposes?

do you have a GREEN CARD?  if yes, then you are a resident alien for tax purposes.

 

otherwise, what type of VISA do you have?
