You will have to contact your state.

Child support payment are not entered on a tax return.

If you owe delinquent child support, your federal and/or state refunds can be seized by the IRS or your state.  TurboTax never knows about child support you owe.   You can check to see if there is a federal order to offset your refund for the child support.

 refund offset.

NOTE: You can contact the IRS Treasury Offset Program Call Center at 1-800-304-3107 to ask if they have an offset for you on file. TurboTax would not have that information.
