I have multiple motor vehicles that i paid taxes on and it doesn't give me the option to include a second or third vehicle.

Do you plan to upgrade to Deluxe in order to itemize?  Sales tax is an itemized deduction and you are posting from Free, which does not support itemizing.

You can add up the total amount of all the motor vehicles taxes paid and enter the combined total amount you paid in the appropriate section.
