I have an HSA and the standard deduction. Is the amount I spent on medical from the HSA already included in the return? I do not want to get taxed wrongly on my HSA.

In your case, you do not need to do anything.

The HSA expenses will be subtracted from your reported medical expenses (on Sch A) just like insurance reimbursements are, but if you are taking the Standard Deduction, there is nothing you need to enter.

Otherwise, just be sure to enter the code W in box 12 on your W-2 (these are HSA contributions that come through your employer), enter any 1099-SAs that you received (usually 1 or none), and be sure to finish the HSA interview once you start it (do a Search for hsa (lower case) and jump to it).
