I have a second home but there is no place to enter property tax paid on the second home. Do I add it to the primary residence tax?

These go under Federal> Deductions and Credits >Your Home>Property Taxes.  You can lump all the payments (as long as they were for property used for personal use) there just by typing in the amount.
