I have a quick question about the loan origination fee I paid on my mortgage.

When I went to add this fee it seems as it only pertains to a loan that was refinanced, purchase on a 2nd home or pertained to a Texas Home Equity loan. Can it not pertain to a single family primary residence home?

Yes, the origination fee is deductible on a single-family, primary residence home.
